Rights to the private Forum

Hi Administrator,

I joined this forum and I see people requesting for PM rights so he can join the private forum. Can you please add PM rights for me as well and let me know how to join the private forum as well. I have this letter from CH advising me to sign up for some sort of settlement with HMRC in January. I need to know what other options are available as this is the last I expected from CH when I signed up with them.
