Aye I saw that, of all the dodgy tax scheme providers, these guys are right up there... At least they got spanked for it.

I've recevied the letter saying HMRC are 'checking' my 2012/13 return.
I spent part of that year with BestPay but at the bottom of their website is small print that says their 'data controller' is Sanzar consultanting - should I join this thread or are they a different company, does anyone know?Comment

You're hard work. Please see the separate bestpay topic created for you earlier today. Your scheme is not Sanzar. No need to keep posting here.Comment

If you do not use that thread I will prevent you from using any thread until you learn. Is that clear?"I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

Sanzar
Hi- Can any one tell me if there are any existing contact details for Sanzar. I am being chased for 08/09 and so far I have had no contact from Sanzar or heard nothing.
Theres no one I can contact for further information and the information I am being chased on is incorrect. They have advised me I received loans as part of an EBT scheme but I left the scheme prior to that taking place as it seemed too risky.
I have to say I thought Sanzar or who ever they are now might have bee in touch---------------------------------------------------

Sanzar shut up shop years ago..........you can try contacting Contractor Helpdesk although don't hold out much hope.....the most they might be able to help you with will be what you received from Sanzar.
In all honesty though, why on earth have you left it until now to start looking at this, the 08-09 DA's were issued nearly two years ago !Comment

Why do people insist on talking about schemes which are not currently under investigation, talk about inviting trouble.
I hate to say it, but some people really do deserve what they get, they must be devoid of any common sense at all.
