Also has to go to the correct address, unless they place ads in local papers etc and can prove they tried to find you.
Without the SD being delivered it's not enforceable.
Email is not an acceptable method of delivery.
They don't have my new address anymore... so am I safe?

I imagine it's not that difficult to find your new address should they wish to

Contact details of solicitor to deal with Statutory Demand

I have no skin in this game. No vested or financial interest.

But if anyone needing a solicitor to deal with a statutory demand from Felicitas they can email [email protected].

Morgan Rose has dealt with Stat demands from Felicitas and FS Capital for my clients. I have no knowledge of their costs for doing so on an individual (rather than collective) basis but have checked that they have the capacity and experience do the work. I hope that the contact details of an independent firm of Solicitors familiar with d/w stat demands is helpful to those in need. Apologies if this is too late for some.

I don't think they will care where you were living each year. It won't be difficult to find out where you are living now. If you think otherwise then you are deluded.

But it will cost them money (and time) to locate someone, and that is the point.

They have deep pockets. And it won't take much time to track a person down. I imagine with the data resources at their fingertips it'll be a matter of minutes, an hour at most.

If Felicitas have deep pockets they haven't shown them at any point so far.
