Adrian Sacco has also incorporated a Felicitas Solution UK entity last week (FELICITAS SOLUTIONS LIMITED - Overview (free company information from Companies House)), the registered company address of which is a virtual office so still no real presence in the UK.
I'm not sure what he is up to but the incorporation does coincide (maybe coincidentally) with these last round of letters demanding ID confirmation.Last edited by Contractor UK; 11 January 2021, 10:00.Comment

Now you do need legal advice and the only suitable people are probably WTT or ETC - so I would find out which one can help you here as it's likely to get blooming complex as this is an issue with IoM law not English or Scottish law.Comment
