Well it was on the business section of the site, and they did ask me for my company no and vat no.

So they lost my order because I ordered it as a limited company, or because my credit rating is allegedly bad?

This one might be above your pay grade, but let's give it a whirl.

If they rejected my order, would a mature business not send an email? Or
If they rejected my order, would a mature business still have a record of the rejected order and be able to tell me it was rejected?

Ask an adult if needs be.

Its a combination of less profit and sourcing of handsets from other places...

You usually find that the cheaper companies are either CPW or phones4u under a different name...

Not if they believe the order was fraudulent and wished it to go no further..

But as we are playing a game of how big a numpty is the OP you did make your original order on o2's website and you didn't order a phone and o2 contract from a third party which sells o2 contracts?

I just walk into the shop and do it, the same way I do with SIM only. Never had a problem.

Why do you need a phone if we're all going to be vapourised in a nuclear holocaust anyway?
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Good question. Please thank the adult that helped you.

Both orders were placed on the O2 and EEs business sites respectively.

That's what I am thinking of getting - did you get one of the 64Gb ones and which deal? How are you finding the handset - and what did you have before?

That explains it. Your company's credit rating probably isn't great so its a manual process.....

got it on o2 refresh. £240 upfront and £13 a month. An unlock request has gone in and the £13 a month contract is already cancelled....

Not played with the phone yet, that will be tonight when I get home...
