See OP for reasons why I can't. They are not open weekends.Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras. -
Have you heard of the concept of the lunch break? They last at least 30 minutes and you can usually take them anytime between 12 and 2pm. I'm sure you can walk somewhere with a signal...Originally posted by suityou01 View PostSee OP for reasons why I can't. They are not open weekends.merely at clientco for the entertainmentComment

Sorry for being petulant. I was in a foul mood last night.Originally posted by SueEllen View PostYou can eat while you are working before or after.
I just object to having to go out of my way to give them the business when they can't be arsed to fulfil an obligation of contacting me as they state in their own fudging email. Then insult to injury they lose my order.
At least we have nailed their piss poor operating model to my poor credit rating.

That's a bit unfair when you admit thatOriginally posted by suityou01 View PostSorry for being petulant. I was in a foul mood last night.

which clearly shows that they can't contact you during the day as you have no access to a phone on which they can contact you on.Originally posted by suityou01 View PostWhere I work there is no phone signal, no wifi, and restricted web access.
So is it really the case that in this day and age I can only do this face to face?
But at least by admitting it you are on the first step to resolving the issueOriginally posted by suityou01 View PostAt least we have nailed their piss poor operating model to my poor credit rating.

I am so glad I am not you eek, or worse, your long suffering client.
It states, in the email, from O2, that they, that's O2, will contact me, by email, up to 4 hours, after the initial order, regardless of the credit check, that's regardless of the credit check, yes regardless of the credit check to let me know the outcome.
They lost my ******* order. They lost my ******* order. They lost my ******* order.
This is on them, not me.
A new day, thought if I try repeating myself a few times it might get through.

So they lost your order. Is it really worth this amount of anguish? Have you nothing better to get upset about?Originally posted by suityou01 View PostI am so glad I am not you eek, or worse, your long suffering client.

While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment

Why dont you just go into town on Saturday armed with some info from your Ltd and get a phone ???
Its not that hard is it ?
Also the phone number for Orange/EE business support is different to the pay as you go one.
As you work in the city, can't you just get a later train back home and use that time to go to a shop and place an order ?Comment
