Its not that hard is it ?

Also the phone number for Orange/EE business support is different to the pay as you go one.

As you work in the city, can't you just get a later train back home and use that time to go to a shop and place an order ?
Ok. Here's what I want you to say.

"Yes it is rubbish, you're right. Pity you have to work so hard to give a massive company your money. Still, if you want their business you will have to do the hard yards for them. Poor Suity."

OK and here is what I am going to say.

MTFU and either ring them during your lunch break, visit one of their many shops or learn to place an order via their website.

None of the above are the answer you are looking for as you are looking to blame someone. But if you need a phone any of the above solutions will work for you and meet the criteria in the opening post.

Jeez what is so wrong with actually going into a shop and purchasing something ?

Regarding the email and the "lost" order. I would guess you rang the wrong number and went to personal contracts instead of business or the other way around.

Actually, that's interesting. If you're the sort of person who needs to fret about stuff, you'll fret about whatever is giving you most grief at the time. If the big problems go away, you'll worry about the little ones instead.

It's like Maslov's hierarchy of worry.

What I don't get regardless of SY01's hassles getting a business contract is why on earth would you bother.

Business contracts cost more and are a hassle to setup. Yet they don't really save much more than the 20% corporate tax saving....

So why on earth do people bother. Just get a cheap sim only contract on a personal basis and get your company to buy the phone outright

The thing is you're working in the city. It probably has the 3rd highest density of mobile phone shops in the world after tokyo's electric city and Seoul, they are bloody everywhere. It just can't be that hard for you to get to a shop and sort it out.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

You claim to be a business process expert and you can't buy a mobile phone.
