Now tell me, what kind of pillock would set up a passport verification service that can't verify UK passports issued by British embassies and consulates?
I have a green one dated to expire in 20 odd years time.
I have however heard that the powers that be are going to force us to replace them with new photo ones sooner than that.
That does look likely.
Unless you stay at the same postal address, don't have to add or remove points or make any other changes to it until it expires you will have to get a photocard at some point. Bit of a bugger really.
Which is good for at least another 10 years or so.
I have a double sized pink and green one with no photo and runs out in around 20 years. The address on it is also a c/o of where my brother used to live. Really should get it changed but when I get stopped by the police they take one look and just tell me to be on my way
