                  There´s an inneresting point here though;

                  If your UK passport was issued outside of the UK by an Embassy or Consulate, we will not be able to verify it with the IPS. You must enclose identification document(s) listed in Part B of section 5 on the D1 application form
                  Now tell me, what kind of pillock would set up a passport verification service that can't verify UK passports issued by British embassies and consulates?
