    Candidate ID
    Centre Number
    Exam ID
    Exam version
    Session ID

Second paragraph is the solution, not the problem. They currently don't scan forms for absentees. The solution is to get them to do this. This is why I asked you to go back and re-read the problem.
if you read the thread scanning all the forms has been suggested and agreed by a number of posters. The correct response from the leader should have been 'so vetran you are proposing scanning all the year 9 forms and then the missing ones haven't be received?'.

No wonder people find you hard work, I'm surprised you haven't been clubbed over the head if you run your workshops like this.

That would be the first time anyone suggested it, and I responded in the affirmative.

You definitely gave the impression that we couldn't change anything, but that there was still some way to distinguish the absent students from the missing forms in the DB.

I suspect you were deliberately steering us away to try and make yourself look smart, but it hasn't really worked

Oh hush now you silly boy.

I said the system could not be changed. That is not giving the impression that nothing can be changed.

I don't have to try and look smart, I'm just naturally a cut above

There is no such thing as a statutory eye test and if you are relying on it for your process to work you will be waiting a long time.

No, he's relying on the client being sued under disability discrimination so he can walk away saying "The client screwed up, I'm out of here" before his solutions comes to a grinding halt.

I know, it's a puzzle that one. If only there was an online test the staff could do?

Looks like there isn't, and this plan is flawed.
