Bear in mind that you want the answer possibly before attendance data has be (mis)keyedComment

Remember the problem. We want to differentiate between missing sheets, and absent candidates. This is so when the bureau says they are finished scanning, we instantly know if there are any missing scans.Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.Comment
