Looking at the list of bans - BR14 was banned for 1 month from July 9th which means he should have been able to return on August 9th Jainnode joined on August 17th - which is 8 days after the ban should have been lifted - so given the recorded ban length the creation of a sockie account seems fine to me (and probably most other people).
And I say that even though I don't even like the poster.
I gave him 20 infraction points, which is a month... but set the expiry to "never", which is permanent. So, yes I screwed up. Thanks for pointing it out. I've lifted the ban. And on jainnode, so he can choose. But he could have just said...
