IMHO I think it depends on how old you are, your status, and what baggage you have, or have had
As a mid forties divorcee, own home and business, with no kids, I'm sure my "wish list" looks very different to say a 30 year old singleton working ft but still at home or a mid twenties single mum holding down a pt job
