Since you're not providing any additional information. Maybe the rate is so spectacular that even on PAYE it's still a good-un. Maybe it's an opportunity to expand your skill set. Maybe it's two doors down from home...
The OP was a bit pointless IMHO (since this is in General).
The rate us good. Wanted to know if taking out an insurance on a failed contract could possibly work.Comment

There may be a small print clause somewhere asking you to certify that your current contract hasn't failed review, but I don't know. When freedom comes along, don't PISH in the water supply.....Comment

PCG membership is also unconditional. However if the case - should it happen - is clearly unwinnable, their advisors will tell you so before wasting too many hours in court. I have no doubt QDOS would take the same approach.Blog? What blog...?

In the scenario that it isn't a sham but would not be feasibly exercised due to the role's requirements being too specialised/requiring SC etc, would that make a difference?Originally posted by northernladuk View Post
Saying that if you have a RoS in the contract and you know 100% that this will not be allowed and is a sham they you shouldn't expect QDOS to represent you really.
Yeah, apparently that is how Qdos deal with it too. I would imagine they would advise early settlement in that case, to avoid ramping up legal fees, interest etc?Originally posted by malvolio View PostPCG membership is also unconditional. I had assumed if you were with PCG(+ ?) you had to have contracts reviewed to be eligible. If not, that's rather nice... but don't you have to sign somewhere something like "to the best of my knowledge..." or "I see know reason why..." "this contract would fall inside IR35"?Originally posted by malvolio View PostPCG membership is also unconditional.
