Mate your place at the back is in danger. I'm fat, unfit and full of cold. Not exactly motivated at the minute.

I shall dogmatically keep pushing myself through the HIIT every other day for a month, with calisthenics and yoga the other days and see what happens.

It seems like a massive task at the moment, and I'm just hoping it's being full of snotty cold that is holding me back.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.

FFS, it's only January. Plenty of time to get in shape - no need for superman efforts - slow and steady will cover it nicely.

Normal folks would agree, but this is CUK and you have the two biggest mentalists in the team. (MF and Brillo).

If you post about your 600 mile thrash along toe paths is it any wonder some of us get over zealous?

Edit : A 32 mile ride, or a route to the channel tunnel is superhuman so what's your point? B Team started for team fatty.

"Thank you for registering as team leader of kuatb in our flagship fundraising event, the London to Brighton Bike Ride 2014.

You still have 7 places remaining in your team, not including you as team leader and any team mates under the age of 18.

We've extended the deadline for your team mates to register and join you to 4pm, Wednesday 5th February."

If you want to add I'm ok with that. Probably make me do it then.
