It's something. Well done. Not nice weather today either so fair play. Turbo trainer awaits. I now have my heart rate monitor so I'm good to go in the morning. Also rear fitted cycle computer (not being flash it was a freebie I got with a mail order bike years ago but I'm a hoarder of stuff that may be useful)Originally posted by MarillionFan View Post3 mile Geocache circuit followed with a slice of banana cake and a glass of wine. So I can plot miles, time, heart rate and calories burned. Also can post data from heart rate monitor to PRIVATE area on the polar site to track fitness.
All I need to do is get off my fat arse and turn the pedals.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.Comment

Second cold in a week, plus tummy bug. Getting pretty pissed of now. Why can't people catch their germs in a tissue rather than spraying the airport with a loud atchoo and Kevin keaganesque flick of the head.

Today 10 miles with my new training partner and 2 with my 11 year old. Can't wait for it to stop blooming raining though. Must admit to some Doughnut naughtiness though!
You can't be at the back Suity, that's my place.Comment
