So I can plot miles, time, heart rate and calories burned. Also can post data from heart rate monitor to PRIVATE area on the polar site to track fitness.

Today 10 miles with my new training partner and 2 with my 11 year old. Can't wait for it to stop blooming raining though. Must admit to some Doughnut naughtiness though!
