Climates always change, that is about as startling a revelation as discovering that the weather changes during the year

To build intergovernmental excuses for new tax frauds around though, that is the issue

Au contraire, I have pointed you to reasoned explanations, with evidence, of why the proposed solutions are unproven and unlikely to be effective. It is you who fails to support your argument.
