When IR35 came out, my then accountant advised that one method would be to become self-employed and then get paid via a lump sum from my limited company. I did not go down that route and instead I opened a retail PC shop and used the same limited company.
Being self employed has a much lower NI rate.

Who here cares about lawyers and estate agents? Lawyers charge minimum £300 per HOUR, Estate Agents 1% on inflated house prices - let them pay some more tax and keep the Porche money inside this country!
