    no they are really tough on non prescription (and some prescription drugs) at customs, to the point they have locked people up for aspirins.

      In the UAE they're very strict on medicines being brought in to the country and if it's not something for which you have a prescription it's best to leave it at home. If you need an aspirin on the plane, ask the stewardess, and if you need aspirin once you get there, visit a chemist or a drugstore; they sell pretty much everything you can buy in the UK. In fact, you can buy them in the airport.

      Getting drunk is a bad idea unless it's in private.

          They do have a decent sevens side, filled up with old internationals from overseas. The Dubai Wasps club is run by Trevor Leota, known at the Amsterdam Sevens for eating his special kebab snack; three full sized grilled chickens on a skewer.
