That is my logic with coffee, but its why more than every two hours

My major issue is wanting to get a break from my desk, so going out to smoke. I do use e-cigs (Skycigs), but I go out for a normal fag, just because it has an end to it - it sort of gives me a timer.
In the evenings (no smoking flat) then I tend to stick to the e-cigs in my room rather than going out, and I find I use it strangely - I don't pick it up and use it for 5 - 10 minutes at a time, I tend to take a few drags every few minutes, almost constantly. Overall I seem to be "smoking" less - the cartridges are meant to be equivalent to about 30 fags, but last me longer than 30 would.

I can't stop at the moment for just this reason. Project has gone ballistic and it is a great time to think and re-focus. I don't know what I would do without a wander for a smoke. I don't bother with the e-cigs. I bought a Tornado proper one which is quite cool with flavoured tobacco to remind me of shisha days but it just isn't the same and I would rather not have it to hand all the time.

When I want to stop I will hit the Champix again. It has some crazy side affects but works like a dream. At day 8 when you stop the cigs tasted bloody awful and I just didn't want to smoke. No habit, no withdrawl nothing. Clever stuff. Just have to deal with the insomnia, the runs, days of paranoia and upset stomach for a couple of weeks lol....
