There's nothing good about smoking at all. Nothing.

Remember however you justify it, smokers are losers. They are, no two ways about it.

    So carry on smoking, loser.

This is what I use, the Tornado from Totally Wicked. Great little device but I know what you mean about not wanting to have it to hand all the time. I use mine all day, literally dont stop. I think I should have continued with the routine of going outside as I would have done with a cigarette when I started using but instead I saw it as having an extra 5-10 minutes to work (sad I know) by using it at my desk and consequently just ended up having it to hand all the time.

I go through one of the mega tanks each day so I hate to think how many cigarettes that equates to but the great thing is that it doesnt have all the bad bits which go into a cigarette and I have worked down from strong nicotine content to super weak so my need for nicotine isnt as bad. Hoping to eventually work down to no nicotine so it is just the physical habit and then I can break that.

    They really do work though!

I still have 1 fag down the greenhouse as the weird lady next door drops me off a few occasionally. Why people get hooked I have no idea, maybe the cure (as with everything) is being exceedingly mean, unless someone gives me one, there's no way I'd pay that sort of dosh.

I went to a hypnotist to quit and I've never touched a cigarette since, had a craving or missed it in the slightest. The hypnosis itself was quite amusing, and it was difficult at times not to laugh, but it did the trick. It may have just been me being stubborn and refusing to waste £150 of course! It did help that I was out of my normal routine for a couple of months, so the habit was easier to break when I wasn't doing usual things like driving to work/popping out for a break/needing to get away from my desk etc.

    Good luck
