Biden said he wanted to impeach Bush for attacking Iraq without the Congress stamp of approval.
Now he wants to attack Syria and wants to bypass Congress.

I also think we should wait for the UN's inspectors to finish their work, but that means agreeing with a bunch of lying hypocritical thieving parasitic tulipeheads who killed thousands of people and bloody nearly bankrupted Britain by going to war without waiting for the UN to finish their work.
