Couldn't decide so I have two sandwiches, one with mustard, one with HP Sauce. Yumyumyum. Unfortunately, while I can buy bacon here in NL, it's not of such good quality that it's worthwhile without a condiment. And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014Comment

Well that was quick and it was delicious. Still can't decide what was better so my experiment needs a control group; Uncle Albert's recipe will do for that. I shall make another one with no condiments. And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014Comment

If you need a sauce then go with HP, but in my opinion they're better without so you get the full bacony flavour.
Mustard on a bacon roll is just wrong. Have a word with yourself
