SM glad to hear you are on the mend.

its the weekend tomorrow, get out in the country with the kids and realise just how insignificant your problems are and how magnificent life is. Live it!

Take some time out and help people worse off than you, sounds silly but you will be surprised how much it helps.

          Onwards and upwards!

Seriously, don't battle on your own - get professional help. Things were bleak before and you came through, so you know they can and do get better.

Talking to the few people I trust completely over night I have woken up with a different view, I am still struggling but I have accepted some things that are not going to change, and I have to learn to deal with it, better than I was doing before.

Each iteration will be an improvement.
You might hit a wall at SP6 but SP6a will fix everything :-)

WHS If you live in Britain you have what Winston Churchill described as 'the most voluptuous' countryside in the world only a short drive away from wherever you are. Just go and look at it; the one thing I miss about Britain is the scenery, and I really do miss it. The last time I was over in England I was at Caldy rugby club on the Wirral for a party, and I stood outside looking across the Dee valley and could see the mountains of Snowdonia; probably the finest view from a rugby club bar I've ever seen. It really brought home to me what a beautiful country Britain is, and I resolved that should I ever return to live in Britain I'll spend a lot more time enjoying the scenery of every corner of the country; it lifts your spirits and leaves you completely refreshed.

I went for a drive yesterday to clear my head, ended up covering West and North Yorkshire, Humberside, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and back through South Yorkshire
