As you can probably deduce, traditional Hungarian cuisine takes some getting used to.
Did I tell you about chicken feet soup? Yes, a spoonful of chicken feet makes a good test of the gag reflex. If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.Comment

Pigs trotters are very nice but very rich.

I don't consider myself squeamish, but pig brain and chicken feet are a step too far even for me.Comment

I've managed to keep down chicken's feet a couple of times but wouldn't order them myself, it's all fat and gristle.
Eggs: As long as the white and yolk are mixed ala scrambled/omelet then ok, if separate the smell makes me wretch.
Not a big fan of offal or anything to gamey but will eat it at a push.
I prefer shellfish to have had a face at one point (mussels will shoot straight out the other end)
As for not liking cheese, that's just a bit mental IMVHO.Comment

So if you're poorly, with a bacterial infection, then chicken's feet broth is quite medicinal.Work in the public sector? Read the IR35 FAQ hereComment

I love cheese, but only 'normal' cheeses, none of that smelly French crap. Or anything that's gone mouldy, just throw it out and get some new stuff for god's sake! We're contractors after all, we don't need to buy stuff that's gone off
Eggs are the big no-no for me. I can't stand them in any form. I can just about handle an omelette if it's disguised well enough with cheese and ham etc. but not if it tastes too eggyComment

There are quite a few things that I don't consume by themselves, but will happily cook with.
So, I don't drink milk and I don't eat butter on bread. But I'm ok with (decent quality) garlic butter. And I use milk to wet my cereal, but then I drain every spoon I eat and leave most of the milk in the bowl.
Also, I have no issue with potatoes, but would never eat them mashed. Something about the consistency of mashed potatoes that's just wrong. Or maybe it's the added milk.
Rice pudding is another thing I could never bring myself to eat.
I do love mushrooms though. But Shiitake are vile.Comment
