If the client doesn't renew when your contract ends, make sure they pay you redundancy - you're entitled to it.

        Crap advice for new contractors

Ask cuk about a dubious expense you want to claim. then when people say you shouldn't claim said expense, argue the toss with them. Generally speaking, if you can keep a straight face when telling your accountant about it, you can claim it

Do not research it yourself or ask your accountant, but listen to all advise on this forum then act upon them.
My mind has gone blank. I wonder if it was always that way.

You must ensure your continued access to CUK by bypassing the swear filter to call people rude names in the professional forums.

Not All There, in particular, will demand that you do this or your CUK access will be revoked.

Say "You guys are obviously doing it all wrong, that's why they brought me in." to settle any difference of opinion.

Tell good permies "you should be a contractor, you're almost good enough"
