A ******* sticky thread with rogues gallery at the top of the forum? Calling for a ban for taking the piss out of another forum member?

Well there you go. Having come over to the US at great time and expense with the view to save a failing project and to great fanfare. Ta da da!!!
Arrived with a flourish. Immediately hired two contractors. Got developers assigned. PM in place. Took full control myself of reverse engineering the 'agile' developed product from feedback from users but with no actual requirements, I have successfully managed to pull the project from the flames, have a bloody good look, capture the real business requirements and then discover that it's a piece of
unrecoverable tulip that doesn't actually meet the business requirements that they should have documented in the first place!!!!
I've pushed it back in the bloody fire. Fooling agile!!!! Grrrr. What happens in General, stays in General. You know what they say about assumptions!Comment

The secret of making any methodology work is to hire competent people. HR departments and purchasing departments are even worse at doing that than Project Managers. And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014Comment
