Nowadays I just try and encourage MF to ban himself again. To be honest its not difficult.

Quite a few people are easy to goad to the point of getting themselves banned, if you want to play that kind of game. I'm often tempted, but then I ignored most of the most annoying posters to lessen the temptation.
