Plenty of people in Leicester know plenty already, though there's a weird kind of omertà thing in play. I sometimes think Leicester is the biggest village in England, the way some stuff isn't discussed with outsiders. There's a lot that was widely known locally for a few decades about Janner, Beck, and their cronies, that I've only found out about since an old friend of mine married a local lass a couple of years ago.Comment
