Also the time these things take > 1-2 years can we speed them up. Most verbal evidence degrades after time.
Lock up people that falsely accuse. There are perjury / wasting police time offences we can use.
We need to make the nutters who falsely accuse think twice.
Graduate offences -
Sex with a Minor - 18 year old sleeps with a willing 15 year old or unaware (one night stand from over 21 disco).
Coercive sex with a Minor - Teacher sleeps with 15 year old. 30 year old with 15 year old.
Non Consensual sex - Women says no or unclear in bed after agreeing. Assange style
Rape - any forced sex. (physical evidence required).
Predatory Rape - Dragged off the street. Below 13 years old.
That way you can set the Rape with a minimum sentence of 10 -15 years.
Predatory Rape = 20 -30 years.
Non Consensual sex - caution/1-5 years.- no sex offenders register option.
Coercive sex 5-10 years.
Sex with a minor - caution, no sex offenders register option.
Calling them all rape devalues the revulsion we should feel for the more serious ones.Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.Comment

So people who fancy children generally keep it to themselves.
So how can we possibly know how common it is for people to be turned on by kids? Is it one in 1000, one in 50, one in 3?
Of course, fancying kids isn't the same as acting upon it. But if you're in showbiz, I guess there's a tendency to distort what's normal.Comment
