Ok I can kind of see your point here, thing is I've not been contracting long not even a year yet and half of that has been in Switzerland. Maybe we should put a sticky up on how to search the forum and Google and also explain the joys of General lol

It's the snowball effect.

If I am a newbie googling a common contracting question, chances are I'll land on this forum. Of the 73 results, one is 28 pages long with people arguing over interpretation, one has wandered completely off topic and fails to address the question, and the other 71 have some unfriendly fecker telling people to sod off and use the search.

So I start a new thread in the vain hope of a clear, concise and friendly answer to my common contracting dilemma.

So the next googling newbie gets 74 results.

Nah. We need a forum where you cannot post with >100 posts. It could be like an Aquarium with the new fishies on one side behind a one way mirrored glass, swimming gaily & happily around, getting fatter, staring at their own reflections, thinking they're the biggest fish in the pond & with the big sharks slowly & methodically swimming around the other tank, looking through the one way glass, licking their lips

At the moment the sharks seem to be attacking each other due to lack of fresh meat.
