This is exactly how fascism worked. The capitalist class retained its position of ownership. Trade Unions were banned and leading trade unionists were rounded up and executed and strikers were severely punished, leaving the capitalists to maximise profits, with no trade union or democratic opposition. Democracy and unions get in the way of capitalism as they will attempt to place controls on production and / or distribution to alter the balance of wealth. Ultimate capitalsim is freed of these constraints - fascism. All the flag waving, propaganda and investments in public works arise from a calculated assessment of the interests of the capitalist class in keeping a level of public support, which is required to keep stability in the absence of democracy and the rule of law (as we would see it).

Capitalism isn't the idea that the rich remain rich and the peasants and slaves do all the work. That is a Caste system. Capitalism is the concept that people have property rights and can freely trade with with others and the market dictates who is successful and who is not and who gets the capital and who doesn't.

I certainly would not kill the poor. I would build schools with facilities of the top public schools and I would empower parents and guardians with vouchers to send their kids to whatever schools they wanted. I firmly believe that the poor are victims of left wing dogma and are only an education away from running supermarkets, being IT contractors or for the very bright ones with big tits - recruitment agents.

The people I would shoot are the liberal middle class lefties who have controlled and imposed the current appalling system of public services that destroys the lives of the poor.

The whole reason we have a "state" is supposedly to work for it's populace - NOT the 7 million that live in London at the cost of the 53 that live elsewhere.

But the problem is we don't have a state for those people either. We have one that works for itself. I am in the process of trying to get 60 people (mix of civils and vested interests (contractors that are native)) to admit that they don't need to go to a procurement process to get someone in to tell them what questions they should ask when they ask the next lot in to tell them what they need to buy FFS I am stood there as someone with well over ten years supply design experience and able to select their solution...
