I think the point is that quoting the Express is worse than trying to figure the numbers out yourself.
And that finding the real data ought not to be to difficult. Unless you're a cretin of course.
    Hard Brexit now!

The proof is in the pudding. You can only say that if your investments, for example, exceed mine.
      Otherwise it's all hot air.

Okay, let's see you find his numbers. This is your cretin test after all.

I'v got better things to do - like my dissertation.
Have you ever thought of getting a job rather than post crap on here? Or are you completely unemployable now?

The pudding is what we see, not what comprises your investment fantasies.

All I did is ask for a citation for some numbers. A very sensitive request obviously.

                  Bloody buggering hell
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

I always thought that it's perhaps worthwhile as a lot of these EU incentives for new business or infrastructure, concentrate on areas I'm not convinced the government would have funded.

                    E.G

Most of the road renewals in the North East
Sunderland (as a whole ) - but specifically the Training and Enterprise Council and the whole IT centre thing
Cumbria and the Lake District projects.

If our gvt doesn't give this to the EU , then I doubt they'd regenerate these areas, I'm convinced they don't care about anyone north of Birmingham. (Maybe this will change with the high speed rail links)

There's not really a need to "redevelop areas". The ebb and flow of the market should do that automatically.
