Just drop the guy a line I sent you. He's good, good value for money and he's unlikely to rip you off until you mention my name and that you're an agent.
Search Engine Optimisation, be wary of of this as 99% of people who offer you this and guarantee 1st place placement on Google are rip-off merchants. Its the grubby side of the industry but a necessary evil.

Thinking about it find a wordpress host and hunt a suitable theme. for what you want it will do everything you want and let you update it yourself.

This is the same agent that repeatedly put up his own personal information, including his name, address, credit card numbers and wife's vital statistics.
