Not really an IR35 catch though, more of a Labour attacking workers behaving like businesses for ideological reasons and the government deciding to just employ the bloke.

Considering they flogged all their buildings to a gang of offshore tax-dodgers, agreed to this bloke's "arrangement" and let Vodafone and Goldman Sachs off billions, and the new investigation into Public Servants with Ltd cos, they are probably crapping themselves not having a party.
