Wrong.

I know quite a few teachers and all work very hard. Many more hours than they are contracted to do. None that I know conform to the short-days-long-holidays stereotype.

Many have given up "after hours" activities because they are now personally liable if anything should go wrong.

What they say and what they do are totally different.

As Mr Donuts said above, diss teachers and there are a number of posters on here who get all offended plus high and mighty about how hard they work. An ex-girlfriend was a primary school teacher and she used to bemoan the same. For Primary school it's a step above working in a nursery. Secondary school is much more difficult.

So this is general - WGAS. The reason I get aggrieved about MrDonuts' opinion is because it is plain wrong. I shouldn't as this is general and WGAS.
