I loved the cartoon in the Torygraph today "trust a woman to make a sweeping generalisation".

Abbott was a BIG fan of Gordon Brown and I can recall her getting very excited about him moving to No.10, she talked about a glorious first 100 days etc - and we all recall how that fairy story ended

That may be true but in her position what she has done is to stoke up and solidify resentment amongst a black population who are struggling to put an end to the social stigmas that hold back their status in society. It also suggests an inferiority that blacks have in that white people can seemingly by dint of their race be clever enough to "divide and rule". So why cant black people also "divide and rule"?

But instaed she did not make these utterances and is telling everyone that these schools in her local area are very good schools for black children but she sends her children to private school.

She is also wishing to ban Darkie Day in Cornwall.

There's a lot of truth in that.

My dear departed Mum was a teacher and she really sincerely didn't believe that anyone could work as hard as a teacher.

And she went on and on about it.

To which I said bollux. Yes, it can be a hard job, but I don't believe for a minute it's the hardest job in the world.

She still does not seem to have ‘got it’ her statement ''White people love playing 'divide & rule'" does not matter if she is referring to white people today or even in the Victorian days of Empire. She is generalising and insulting just as much as if a white person had said that all blacks live in mud huts. I feel sorry for her that she is so ignorant.

Occasionally I come across so an ex colonial with a chip on their shoulder saying that “you English owe us because of the Empire” and I answer that it has nothing to do with me or my forefathers as we English/British workers were exploited as well.

Should she be given a £40K fine and a ban from the commons or are her comments fair enough?
She should be put in the stocks and pelted with rotten tomatoes.

It was her party that bestowed political correctness on this nation. It is only right she should be tripped up by it too.

Don't forget to give her a criminal record. Labour made everything illegal before they left power.

I think the fact she put her kids into private school shoes what a typical hypocritical champagne socialist she really is

As for the racism, it was deliberately targetted at her her core voters feelings , and as vile as if a Tory MP had started angling for the BNP vote

Depends totally on the subject at Secondary school.

For example how much marking does an Art teacher have to do compared to an English teacher? How many Art teachers will need to push their pupils through their GCSE's to ensure they get one? Art isn't a core subject English is.

Also any primary school teacher who does their work properly lesson plans for their class of mixed ability children and is always on the scout for materials to use in their lessons.

(And yes I know a lot of teachers but it's not hard if you have degree and are female. )

well to be honest I think she has performed many tasks in the name of improving racial qualities in this country but [I] also think she is as villunous as many of our other elected representatives who using a phrase that I would never use lighlty are hypocritical in my opinion.
