Oddly enough last time I went to Russia for a fortnight, eating Borsch, pelmeni, kutlyet, loads of to be honest fatty looking foods, the borsch had a pigs knuckle in it for Christ's sake, I lost over a stone.
I put it down to to walking everywhere generally, and the fact all the nosh was fresh, never been frozen, we used to all go and get it every day, one day's worth, everyday from market not shop...Comment

day 4 today. last night I swam 1.25 miles (2k) in 65 minutes. today I cycled the 11 miles into work and will be cycling home. I miss the carbs more than anything.Comment
