I just do an extra 30 minutes work on the train. Direction and control.

Contractors who bitch rather than get on with what they're paid to do.

          You drive trains?
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Having to deal with agents. Although been in contract most of this year so not had to worry about this for a while...

As with everything life there are pro's and con's we are merely expressing what they are hence the name of the thread.

As this is the first time I have been contracting it's nice to be aware of the potential pitfalls I may face as I would still class myself as being in the transitional period.

                  1. Getting paid in euros (bad idea of all time this one!)
                  2. Other contractors who work weekends for free (tossers!) and thus client gets upset when I want paying!

Are you really that worried about it?

As for 2; make use of the facility known as 'window' and the marvellous properties of the force of gravity.
And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014
