What I hate is knowing I'm going to have to work half an hour extra to make my hours up when my train is late - and I was on the early train that I've got up half an hour early to catch.

I just do an extra 30 minutes work on the train. Direction and control.

Having to deal with agents. Although been in contract most of this year so not had to worry about this for a while...

As with everything life there are pro's and con's we are merely expressing what they are hence the name of the thread.

As this is the first time I have been contracting it's nice to be aware of the potential pitfalls I may face as I would still class myself as being in the transitional period.
