It is quite true major climate changes can be caused by natural events but natural events tend to be short lived. A volcano shoves dust into the air and then in a decade or so it's pretty much back to normal.

A better comparison to human activity would be with something that does not happen, a perpetual volcano whose emissions get steadily worse.

IF global warming is a man made event, WHO is going to stop the Chinese and Indians from pumping out 10x the pollution due to the massive industry in these ex 3rd world countries?

A surprising statistic I read the other day was that 96.5% of all carbon dioxide emissions are from natural sources, mankind is responsible for only 3.5%! Surprising isn't it?

And who could argue with that ... not only is this more pleasing to the eye thanks to the Oil Industry ,but consider the business potential of that vista, to cater for the influx of visitors we need to construct a highway,petrol stations, car parks, hotels, casinos,police stations,Pizza Huts, leisure complex ... the list is endless.
