So, how many nurses and teachers have had to be made redundant to fund the senile, evil old witch's dotage?

    Grow up.

"..I used to think that music mattered, but does it bollocks. People matter."

      Brassed Off.

I hear what people say but she ruined too many peoples lives to deserve any beatification, but that's up North, so perhaps it doesn't matter?

"Money for public services and welfare doesn't grow on trees, a fact that seems to be lost on the new generation of socialist Maggie-bashers."

I don't know what people expected her to do. She inherited what she inherited. And whatever it was she did at the time, it worked.

Sounds like the Tory mantra, or should I say, the Tory/LibDem mantra...

Only true Communism will work, but we are all too greedy for it.

So Cameron needs to take a leaf from Thatcher's book? Who should he be ruthlessly quashing for the greater good?

Is he? I dont see any sorting at all going on. As a long time Tory voter I dont see the government I wanted, I see the same Labour polices going on as before, this country continuing its decline into third world status.

After the recent EU referendum disgrace I wont be voting for any of the three main parties ever again.

You are suppose to blame it on the Lib Dems.

Why do you think any political party in the UK will ever have an EU referendum if they got into power? Get real.

They won't for a lot of reasons including historic ones, and the fact that if we are out of the EU like Norway and Switzerland we still have to pay the EU a lot of f**king money to trade with them. Plus even if we weren't in the EU we still will be a member of the Council of Europe and have the European Court of Human rights. It's a case of keep your friends close and your enemies closer.

How come the UK pays more into the EU than France, when France's GDP is higher than the UK's?

Always seems like the UK gets shafted the most.

And how the flip will Italy be able to stump up €46 billion over 5 years when they are teetering on the bailout edge?

                      Because we are stupid.

Plus we have ministers and political party leaders who have their eyes on the EU gravy train. We know where Clegg is going when he is kicked out.
