fixed that for you. I think you will find most people's objection to them is cost and then quality.Originally posted by sasguru View PostThe word "Bob" is used on here in a semi-racist fashion. I don't suppose Bob gives a crap if you underestimate him though, eventually there'll be enough Cheap Bobs to put you all out of a job.

There are some good ones, but their business model isn't about being good in my experience, its about being cheap because they have a lower cost base and they avoid paying UK tax which gives them an unfair advantage.Comment

WNATSOriginally posted by NotAllThere View PostThe whole Bob thing started with our esteemed member, offering much quickness with plenty cheapness, Bob Showaddywaddy. When referring to an Indian working in IT for one of the off (or on) shore companies, I think it's ok.
When it's used to generally portray Indian nationals in a negative way, I don't think it is acceptable. It wasn't TiroFijo's use of "Bob" that triggered the deletion - and infraction - it was the way he used it, which I considered crossed the line. Similarly, but not quite so far across the line, was Freamon's post. Also deleted, but without infraction - which had nothing to do with any brown envelopes, honest, guv.
