What a load of bollocks!! People with qulifications will migrate to where the work is. The type of work available in an area will therefore drive the mix of qualifications in that area.

Yeah, right. Toss in benefits and the demand that the state provide jobs and you have a stagnant population. Any wonder foreigners "take" the jobs the locals aren't willing to move to.

I went to Hodge hill school in Birmingham (as shown as an example on the map) and now I am called to do the jobs the southerners can't do.

Look at the map - it has yellow, orange, red all over the country. look at Edinburgh, parts of Cheshire, Cumbria and even the North East!

It's just like within London - are you trying to tell me the whole of East London is educated just because they are in the south.
