Quotas are the answer. Every UK company must be made to have 50% northerners on the payroll.

What a load of bollocks!! People with qulifications will migrate to where the work is. The type of work available in an area will therefore drive the mix of qualifications in that area.

So what you're saying is that there isn't any work for educated people in the North. Which in turn means that there are no educated people in the North because they have to become Southerners because Southerners are more intelligent.
