Once cleaned it will be as good as anything in a jewellery shop at probably a third the price.
Or you could just buy this one (first cheap one I found on the bay)

I'd be perfectly able to buy a real one if I wanted but I'd rather gouge my own eyes out with a rusty spoon than part with that much cash for a watch. And I'd kill him if he spent that much on a watch for me.
