If I was dropping my PC off somewhere for a repair, the very least I would expect would be a business premises rather than a mid-terrace house. Slightly different if it's a mate who will sort it out...
I hope (in all sincerity) that SY01 has all the appropriate business and home insurances in place - if there was a break in and four or five PCs got nicked, I'd want expect a replacement immediately like any other big business would do. Or significant compensation for any delay, plus loss of data.Comment
