South West charge a tenner for a replacment but only allow two replacements in any 12 month period....my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

If you lost it then its an admin charge, hopefully you haven't lost the photocard if it had stopped working then they're obliged to give you a new one free of charge.Comment
