Took the littluns to the park today. "Chase us daddy".

Starts to chase, exruciating pain in injured area, followed by, nothing. Nada. Went up the gears, nothing. No pain.
Something akin to the breaking of the hymen I pondered.
Still, if it's ok tomorrow I might commence some light running. Could be on the mend.
