I'm a fan of Battlefield 2.Originally posted by Ravello View PostTry Modern Warfare 2...
In addition to it being in HD, the further advantage is that if it actually is an RPG that someone is aiming at you, falling from the sky is less damaging than in real life.Comment

Where did I mention morals ?Originally posted by Churchill View PostIsn't it just? It's especially entertaining from your self-appointed moral high-ground, eh BGG?
Find someone else to cock your leg and satisfy your epeen.Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

Also good.. I like the fact that more of the terrain is destroyable in Battlefield, but I find MW2 more slick and prefer the maps..Originally posted by Churchill View PostI'm a fan of Battlefield 2.

It was handed to WikiLeaks by an anonymous source, presumably within the US military. It is freely available from WikiLeaks to anyone who wants to see it.Originally posted by Churchill View PostHow was the "video" obtained?
Wikileaks
It's been the subject of repeated FOI requests from the french press agency whose journalists were apparently killed in the incident. Those requests have been refused by the us military.Last edited by DaveB; 6 April 2010, 12:19."Being nice costs nothing and sometimes gets you extra bacon" - Pondlife.Comment

Watched it:
- Whoever made it has absolutely no skill at all. 3 minutes of very slow, very dull preamble.
- They clearly thought the guys had some weapons, if you're a soldier you're probably going to be cautious when your life's at risk
- They were hardly laughing and cheering. For guys in combat they seemed very calm and professional.

Same old record.
Do you deliberately scan anything I say for piety and self-righteousness, even when it's not there ?
